About Lynn Gerlach
Lynn's thirty-five years experience in the communication arts includes newspaper feature writing, editing full-length books and shorter manuscripts, professional resume preparation, classroom teaching and television show hosting. Lynn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin, with majors in English and Speech, along with graduate credits from several colleges and universities. She is a graduate of two Dale Carnegie courses and has trained extensively with PREP (Professional Resume and Employment Preparation), a company for which she served as senior writer.
Currently the owner and president of the communication arts service, All Write! located in Middleburg, Florida, Lynn writes and edits articles, reports, press releases, ebooks, web site copy and other documents for local businesses. In addition, she edits fiction and nonfiction for individuals and businesses, conducting business through the Internet.
Lynn works full-time as a ghostwriter and editor for clients worldwide. Her writing specialty is nonfiction, with a particular skill in speech writing and resume preparation, but she edits successfully in all genres.

She also serves as an adjunct faculty member for Florida Community College – Jacksonville, where she teaches courses in writing and public speaking. Every few weeks she publishes a feature in her local newspaper, Clay Today, for which she works as a correspondent. In addition Lynn has worked as a resume writer/facilitator for ITT Technical Institute in Jacksonville, Florida.
Prior to that, Lynn served as Program Administrator for a unique, state-licensed professional development program for teachers in northeast Wisconsin, working through the Institute for Learning Partnership at the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay.
Lynn’s work in education includes 20 years of classroom teaching in the subjects of English, speech and drama. She also hosted a daily public service television talk show in Savannah, Georgia.
Today Lynn makes her home in northeast Florida where she is a Director of the Clay County Chamber of Commerce. She also serves as a mentor and member of the Leadership Council for Take Stock in Children, a Florida program that offers promising teenagers scholarships, mentors and hope. Lynn is also a Big Sister in the Big Brothers/Big Sisters program and serves in an advisory capacity.
